• It shall not be permissible for a non-Saudi to do a job, nor may he be allowed to do so, unless otherwise he is granted a work permit by the Ministry in accordance with the form developed for this purpose.
• The employer may not employ the worker in a job other than the one listed in his work permit, and the worker shall not be allowed to do jobs before taking the regular procedures to change his line of job.
• The aforementioned work permit shall not replace any permit or license that is required by another authority to do a job or practice an occupation.
