The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development(“HRSD”) has launched this website underthe name of (Labor Education) (“Website”), to act as a guidance tool for the Labor Lawand its’ Implementing Regulations, and to make its’ articles and details available for easypublic access and usage (including private sectors, business owners, human resources managers and experts).Website users undertakes to abide by the terms, conditions and limitation of liability setherein while using the Website, which shall govern the relationship between each userand the HRSD.The HRSD has the right, upon its’ sole discretion, to amend or change the terms,conditions or limitation of liability related to the Website.
